What this service is

ZeroAcquire is an information and analysis service that helps a buyer evaluate a business for sale and think through how a purchase could be structured. It is a guide through a process you run yourself.

What it is not

We are not a lender, a broker, a dealer, an investment adviser, a financial adviser, an accountant, or a law firm, and nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. We do not recommend any provider, any deal, or any transaction. Where you need professional advice, engage a professional. Decisions about a purchase are yours alone.

Analysis and third-party information

Our analysis is produced from information you supply and from pages you direct us to, some of it generated with the help of automated systems. Listings are marketing material written to sell, and figures in them may be wrong, stale or incomplete. We label what has been verified and what has not, and we do not warrant that any figure, projection or conclusion is accurate. Verify anything you intend to rely on.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and do not share access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it, do not resell or redistribute its output as a competing product, and do not submit content you have no right to submit.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Charges already made are not refunded; what each plan includes is set out in full before you buy.

Your content

Your notes and submissions remain yours. You grant us the permission needed to store and process them in order to run the service for you.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, including any outcome of a transaction you enter into. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice.
