What we collect

An email address when you ask for a deal scan or subscribe to the brief. The URLs you submit and the deal scans produced from them. Account and billing details if you buy a subscription. Ordinary technical information such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from an IP address.

Why we collect it

To produce and deliver the deal scans you ask for, to keep your saved deals and notes available to you, to take payment, to send the communications you signed up for, and to understand which parts of the service people use so we can improve them.

Categories of service provider

We use third parties in ordinary categories: hosting and content delivery, database and file storage, payment processing, email delivery, product analytics, error monitoring, and language-model providers that help generate the analysis. They process information only to provide their service to us.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your submitted deals or notes with sellers, brokers, lenders or other users. We do not use your private notes to advertise to you.

Keeping it

We keep account information for as long as the account is open, and for a limited period afterwards where a record is needed for tax, accounting or dispute purposes. Marketing contact stops when you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and you can unsubscribe from any message we send. Write to privacy@zeroacquire.com and we will act on it.

Children

This service is for adults in business and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will say so on this page and update the date above.
